Integral Ad Science Appoints Robert Janecek as Chief Information Officer

Integral Ad Science, the global leader in digital media quality, has announced the appointment of Robert Janecek as Chief Information Officer as the company continues to grow globally. Janecek, based in New York, reports directly to Oleg Bershadsky, Director of Operations at IAS.

“Rob’s vital experience, who has led our Enterprise Systems team for over four years, places him perfectly positioned to take on this critical new role at IAS as we build for the future,” said Oleg Bershadsky, Director of Operations at IAS. “I am confident that Rob’s leadership and technical expertise will put us on an even stronger path to support our acceleration and global growth.”

Janecek has nearly three decades of experience in his broad role as CIO, overseeing business systems, IT, security, and analytics. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Systems at IAS. Before that, he was a director and founder of Pinecliff Associates, a consulting firm. Before this position, he was LivePerson’s Global Director of Business and IT Systems. Before that, he was vice president of marketing for MIS at Thomson Reuters. Before that, he held various management positions focused on business systems at Thomson Financial.
