After the merger, the company plans significant investments in its portfolio to bring new products to the base of more than 70,000 active customers. As marketers increasingly seek multi-channel and omnichannel technology solutions to meet the expectations of modern customers, the CM Group will expand its primary focus from email marketing to general customer engagement and empower marketers to acquire, link, and engage main channels.
