Adsmovil Appoints Maria Twena CMO to Lead Company Marketing Efforts amid Unprecedented Growth and Expansion of Services

Adsmovil, the leader in mobile advertising and pioneer of certified digital media, today announced that it has chosen Maria Twena as its first Marketing Director.

Twena, an award-winning marketer with deep experience in digital media, agencies, technology, and branding, joins Adsmovil at a time of unprecedented growth and expansion of services for the company.

Maria, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, most recently served as executive vice president of branding and marketing for WelcomeTech. Previously CMO for Entravision Communications and Pulpo Media, over the years she served as president, CEO, and/or managing partner of several major agencies, including GH Latino, and second-generation soy, where she led Fortune 100 brands the acquisition of 1.5 and 2.0 generation Hispanics.

During her tenure at McCann Worldgroup, Maria created a focused division for the Bilingual/Bilingual Spanish Online Group. While there, he received an ADCOLOR Award (2009) for his pioneering work in identifying, targeting, and targeting bicultural Hispanics and developing industry best practices to facilitate the acquisition.

Twena has served as a faculty member for ANA (Multicultural Marketing), board member of the AHAA (now Spanish Marketing Board), and member of the ThinkNow Advisory Board.
